The Death side holds true to real life as well in that I find it easier than the Life side. Stacking a patient up with extreme predispositions and then crashing their systems is oddly satisfying especially when seen from the perspective of the disease. Overall I give the game full points on its attention to detail and commitment to maintaining good medical accuracy. I would love to see updates with more disease processes or even a mode for more medically inclined people that dives into more complex disease trees and treatment plans that stretches over a slightly more chronic play style.
